Installation Problems
When installing the game it freezes on the first disk at "Connecting to ArenaNet" what does this mean? I want to know so I can play.

Try resetting your internet security.. especially if you have Norton. We had the same problem and had to go to the admin in order to get it to load. As it loads, it'll ask if you want to block access.. select "always allow..."
